AEi has developed a unique technology in IP telephony that benefits hotels while still being user friendly. In the IP world there are three technical obstacles preventing hotels from benefitting fully from IP technology. These are: joining telephone extensions automatically (allowing guests to join calls automatically by simply picking up the phone, lowering license fees for multiple IP phones in a room, and providing line appearance indication. AEi has solved these difficulties and added many more unique features to its family of products.

Monitors Each Extension Without Disturbing Guests

Using our proprietary IMM software, every extension can be monitored 24/7 for any failures or thefts without the guests being aware.

Line Appearance Indication

Bridge Line Appearance (BLA) and Busy Lamp Field (BLF). This feature allows calls to be placed on hold on one phone and easily picked up by another phone within the room or suite.

Automatic Conferencing Between Extensions and Incoming/Outgoing Call

Joining a call by simply picking up another extension within the suite. Makes your IP telephone perform similar to an analog telephone.

Excellent Uptime Resiliency

In case of SuiteKeeper or RoomKeeper master phone failure, one predefined extension will automatically register to the IP PBX for continuity of service. This provides a high level of redundancy.
